Mobile Crushing Circuit

Description

Mobile Crushing Circuit

A mobile crushing circuit is an effective way to mobilise equipment extremely quickly to site and start crushing virtually immediately.

888 Crushing and Screening Equipment can design and supply you with a complete mobile crushing circuit (also known as a crushing train) from McCloskey International.

McCloskey International track mounted crushing and screening equipment is renowned throughout the world for its high performance, simplicity of operation / maintenance and reliability.

The mobile crushing circuit comes complete with screening and stockpiling options to achieve the capacity and grading of finished products required.

The use of track mounted crushing and screening circuits in Australia has increased dramatically over the last 10-12 years with performance and capacities increasing dramatically over that time.

The flexibility offered from these mobile crushing circuits enables changes in production requirements to be met in a fraction of the time compared to traditional fixed plant operations.

A mobile crushing circuit can therefore be brought in and used as a stand alone operation or to “top up” production in a larger / permanent quarry or mining operation at very short notice.

A typical 2 stage mobile crushing circuit may comprise a McCloskey J50 Jaw Crusher, Double or Triple Deck McCloskey S190 20×5 Screen and a McCloskey C44 cone working in closed circuit operation.

A larger radial conveyor or tracked product stockpiler should also be included in the circuit to reduce final crushed material re-handling on site. This significantly reduces costs when compared to re-handling or stockpiling materials with a front end loader.

We can design and draw up flow sheets and plant diagrams to suit any configuration of Jaw, Cone, Screen, Impactor, VSI and Stockpiler.

All machines can be interlocked for safety if required.

Many other options are available depending on specifics of feed material and product sizes required.
